I have a question for all you mom's, do you think a judge will allow a 4 year old to fly miles away even though my daughter father says he doesn't make enough money to drive down to see his daughter once a month but can fly back an forth to pick up my daughter and fly himself back once a month?

@eryka616 that would cost more money even though he says he only has 100 in his savings and he wants her a whole summer. He's told me he would move close to her but he's to lazy to look for a job where we live.

@eryka616 He Is, he's not doing it for the right reasons he's trying to control me my attorneys say the same thing about him. I just want this to all stop so I can live happily with my daughter because he tells her things that a kid shouldn't know or asks things about me and says she tells him.
