Seriously I need to lose weight fast! Can't resist the junk! I'm wanting another baby but then like hm want my body back for a while so put it off for a few years but I want to lose 2 stone but need some easy ideas heard of the special k diet etc but what's really worth it and not to expensive! Want to be a yummy mummy not a blob 😂

I lost a stone by cutting out junk, having 3 small meals a day, 2 snacks. Only started weight training
recently and then I got ill. I love sweet stuff and often over eat when I am stressed.
Yeah but I have no idea what to eat or drink thats a good idea I want to get an eating plan sorted cut down then lose weight but no idea what to do I'm so lazy to exercise but 100% need to do it lol. How small bowls we talking lol you still having 3 meals a day erc? Xxx
I've decided to get some little bowls and make my own or slimming world meals and only eat a little bit. And work out when I can. Gonna see how that goes aha xxx

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
