Has anyone had a v-bac after 2 c-sections? My s/o has said he's done having kids after having our daughter and son back to back.. Their 10 in half months apart. By no mean am I saying a want another baby anytime soon. Maybe in 4 to 5 years. Well my s/o is warming up the idea of maybe one more and our last baby. I want to have a vaginal birth I was a good candidate for a v-bac but since I got pregnant so soon. It was out of the question with my son. I figured I'll be healed enough to try and give it a shot after 4/5 years. I don't want hospitals tho, I want an at home water birth, just myself, my kids, my partner and our mid wife. Any feedback is gladly appreciated..

Most places won't let you after having more than 2 c sections no matter the order. Lets say your 1st was a csection then your next a vbac but then the other another csection after that 2nd csection you'll need csections after that.

My mom made v back after a c section and my doctor told me I can have a v back with this baby I’m having. U just have to wait at least a year after having a c section to have a v back

I wanted to do all that but every where I called said no. What they did do is let me have control of what happens in the o.r. i was able to play my music, my husband was able to cut the cord and do skin to skin. We had her the entire time in our arms from the moment they weighed her. ❤

@mommy_of_two_boys23 she already had 2 csections so there's a high chance of her not having a vbac. I thought waiting 5 years would help in pleading my case but every where I went they denied me.

@mommy_of_two_boys23 I've had 2 c-sections, so that's why I'm asking. Maybe by then they'll say it's okay to do. Who knows

@jskidsmom you called mid wives or hospitals? I know my hospital doesn't do v-bacs. I obviously want to do what's best for my future baby, but I also want to allow my body to do what it's intended to do on its own with out the interference of a hospital pushing meds on you.

I know they allow after 1 c section, not sure after 2 of them. I will look more into it.

@lezlie527, it’s an absolute no on at home birthing, but possibly a birthing center will accept you. Most likely you’ll need a hospital birth but you can have a v back just have to find a doctor willing to
