URGENT**BREASTFEEDING
Hey ladies! my son is breastfed and I'm on 3 antibiotics as of Saturday night. ive been on metronidizale 500mg two times a day since Wednesday. I began clindamycin and amoxicillin saturday. it was approved for breastfeeding. HOWEVER. My son nursed this morning but ive offered more than 4 times (normally he nurses breakfast, lunch and dinner but sometimes a snack at 3) he has refused every time by BITING my nipple. I dont know what to do. he doesnt. normally take a bottle but its bedtime. hes refused once again. bit hard and through a temper tantrum! I am pumping to see if he WILL take a bottle but... I'm worried he won't. if he doesn't what do i do?? and why is he doing this?! I am on the verge of tears. I dont understand. I am off metronidizale tomorrow evening . I'm taking prenatals + vitamin with biotin as well. please help 😭😰😫
UPDATE:
I did pump a bottle for him and he had 5oz out of the 9 I had expressed. he was full and went to sleep. so..he drank the milk from the bottle...? why is he continually biting my nipple when I offer or fighting me and wanting down? could he be weaning THIS fast?!?

@littleone23, lol. He’s mad you messed with his milk! 😂 My last baby would bite me and it took some loud “ouches” and some firm “no’s “ but he got the idea.
I bet it has changed the taste... just keep offering it to him.
@morgan.k I have a UTI,an abcess in the vaginal area and also bacterial vaginitis. I habe to follow up but hoping the abcess isnt what needs to be cut again 😳😖 so far..I honestly have no idea of any improvements. ive been more worried for my son to be nursing. I'm still having some itchiness...probably cause I worked out and I most likely shouldnt have.
Yeah I would just try to get him to drink something. Milk or a little water before bed and once he sleeps he will probably wake up at some point wanting to nurse normally again. Hopefully anyway
a while back he went to sleep without wanting to nurse but I had nursed him before dinner which I dont normally do. but that was a few weeks ago. . .
@kambam he has a sippy cup and uses it when drinking water... but its like a regular cup. he hasnt been fond of nipples unless its for tylenol.
Do you have a sippy cup? It's a good idea to have him practice one if he hasn't yet. The milk might taste a little different but he won't starve himself.
Could've gotten thrush from the antibiotics as it is a yeast infection and a side effect of antibiotics
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
You couldn't find a babysitter?!
Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused

Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
My daughter really doesn’t wanna take the bottle. I ran out for about 2 hours && she just gave her dad thee hardest time. I came back in && she was hollering! He tried && tried to give her the bottle && she just REFUSE 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

@elenalee well he completely throws a full temper tantrum when I try to get him to nurse after hes already bitten me. he Drank a bottle last night. I have yet to know if he will nurse this morning ...
