Anyone Conceive while overweight? Did you lose weight while pregnant?

Yes with my middle son, I actually lost 30lbs over the nine months! And he was healthy 7lbs 2oz

@sasha.cole88, both! I didn’t have GD but I had to check my sugars three times a day.
