Calde de res & pollo didnt spike my sugar, also water (try fruit infused water), coffee & tea without sugar are good too. Laying off the carbs helps too (no tortilla, bread, rice, beans)
Meats and veggies. No carbs like potatoes or pasta. No pizza. No fruit juice. No breakfast cereal. Just meat and veggies. I was on insulin injections while preg and almost everything made my sugar rise.
