I walked the same day for mine I walked a lot actually because my daughter was in the NICU so I worked myself into healing quicker I felt great by the time I left the hospital
@mimimommyof2, I walked for only 10-20 minutes each day I was in the hospital whenever I got up for the restroom but it hurt 😞 I walked a lotttt the day I went home but then my body felt so beat! I did not feel great when I left the hospital. That’s good, you healed quickly!!!!
It’s so good for circulation etc I’m very tolerable when it comes to pain and I was afraid of those meds in the hospital because I had the worst dreams so I stopped them before I got out
@mimimommyof2, I’m usually really good with pain as well. This c section was very difficult for me I guess. I drove today for the first because it rained and I had to get my kids from school. I was walking before that. I was so nervous the whole time because I haven’t been cleared to drive yet. My appt is tomorrow. My c section was 12/21.
@km416, it’s been two weeks for me. Thursday will be 3 weeks. I just drove today and it felt okay but I was very nervous the whole time. I’m still not healed inside.
@mamabree92, I don’t think they said anything about driving I just didn’t feel comfortable doing it plus I never left my baby and when I had to take him out I wanted to sit in the back with him lol
