Gatorade has a crap ton of sodium though. Especially if you drink that in lieu of water. Sodium is awful for blood pressure. Try finding a flavored water without sodium.

This is my first pregnancy with a lot of complications. I have problems with my blood pressure and severe pains. I have a doctor appointment in the morning and my foot is super swollen to the point it looks like it's going to bust. I don't know what they usually do with feet that look like it's bout to bust and high blood pressure together. I will be 34wks and 4days tomorrow I really don't won't him to come early but I also don't won't to put him in danger either.
