Hey ladies. Kinda need help. I'm 19 and have always had back pain since 10. Not sure what even caused it but its an ongoing battle. Lately its been hard to straighten my posture and do some things at work. I have asked hubby to massage my back or pop it somehow but all he's done is barely done a minute worth of massaging and told me he doesn't know how to pop backs. Its been difficult for me lately and I just need some kind of help to overcome it. Any ideas?
