Should I pack newborn and 0-3 clothes for the hospital bag? Or just newborns?

@sami.jane1 well, the doctor never looked to see how big he actually was.. I asked when I was in labor about how big he should be at that time (38 weeks) and doc said 6-7 lbs at least. Idk why he was so small, I gained damn near 50 lbs with him ):

Shit, I packed newborn things and surprise, my son was too small for them! (5 lbs, 4 oz) A friend of mine sent her mom to the store for preemie clothes and brought them to us at the hosptial. Lol.

I would my daughter ultrasound said she was weighting at 8 pounds she came out being 710 the 0 to 3 I packed were waaay to big

@sami.jane1 yep because my mom had to run to the house and get more clothes for me so yes both sizes just Incase lol because not every baby is born the same size either u know

@poohpooh45 exactly my thoughts, especially since I'm 45min away from the hospital. It'd be a little inconvenient to have someone come to the house just to get clothes

@sami.jane1 she may not I’m jus saying jus Incase to be prepared lol so the clothes won’t be too small if she’s a bigger baby like how my son was

@sami.jane1 I would pack MAYBE 1 0-3 months, but I'm ultraparanoid and a jinx. Chances are you won't need it.
