I think people can say 1000 times don't blame yourself but honestly when it comes to miscarriage I can't help but wonder. Wonder what exactly i was doing the day the baby's heart stopped beating what exactly I was eating what i thought that day how i felt did I change anything I shouldn't have ugh I just can't stop with the questions and the feelings of what was I doing?! Not that it matters... it's just all I can think about. I don't really blame myself I just wish I knew.
