I'm worried is it the contractions that hurt more or the pushing part ?

Omg pushing felt soooo good. I had an epidural and felt like I needed to crap really bad. Pushed her out in 14 minutes. Such a relief. But if you don’t have an epidural I’ve heard both can be unbearable.

Contractions for sure and pushing felt good to me.... actually I take it back... the first poop after baby was worse than all of it!!💩

Contractions are so much worse in my opinion. Like alot of these ladies have said, pushing was actually the easy part and brought relief.

But when the baby crowned I freaked out lol I’m like holy shit what is that haha and then another push and he was out it was a relief

Honestly it's what's after birth that sucks too. Invest in stool softeners and a ice pack u can use for your cooch.

I was on pitocin and would say the contractions hurt more than everything else. Tearing was nothing after those contractions.

Contractions for sure. Pushing actually felt good to me. Like kind of satisfying in a weird way
