For me I believe it’s because this winter has been sooo cold, but @kkmamax3 has a good point. That’s an area with more moisture so that could play a part too.

Put some powder in your bra, it’s from extra moisture. I use the summers eve body powder

Are they like dry patches? I have a similar thing on my arm that are just dry and I think it’s just cause it’s so cold. I’ve been putting lotion on it and it seems to be getting better
