Can any mom recommend me any cold medicine my ob clinic is close went to the pharmacist they told me “idk”

After I told them I was pregnant they told me I'd have to have a prescription😒 like, okay but if y'all didn't know I was preggo this wouldn't be an issue and I could take this and feel better.....
@ananix16 the Wal-Mart pharmacist told me we can't have Sudafed PE, which has phenylephrine in it. Regular Sudafed has pseudoephedrine, which we apparently can take after 2nd trimester, but it's kept behind the counter.
The Ovia pregnancy app has a list of safe medications to take while pregnant if you have that app.
