@jtaylorg, I first heard about it because I write resumes and cover letters for a living. One of my clients wanted a customer service position, but needed a more flexible schedule.

Amazon has been opening up more fulfillment centers so they’re increased hiring customer service agents, but some positions are WFH. You must live in one the specified states.
