I didn’t feel the need for a shower right away. TMI but they took 40 minutes Putting me back together down there. I was sore every where no meds helped. I needed heat pack for mine

Did they give you tuck pads with witch hazel? Those things are so awesome!
What I wish I had remembered to take was stool softener. My first bowel movement was worse than giving birth.
