Also every now and then when you do go pee try to use those muscles to stop the flow an then let the flow go and do that back and fourth a little

@cogleyhannah29, your baby is probably in the head down position. Mine flipped downwards at 29 weeks. And when I sleep at night her favorite spot is to snuggle as far she can down into my pelvis. At night is the worse and if I didn’t wear underwear and a pad it would be a mess.

I literally wear pads every single day. Because if I don’t my underwear are soaked by the end of the day. My daughter has been very deep in my pelvis and it will just come out.
