Going through the worst back pains can’t sit down or even lay down without being in pain.. anything I can do?

I was going to say the same thing. Run hot water on your lower back, When I was going through that I would put my hands on the shower wall and bend over just a little bit and let the water run down the bottom of my back
Maybe you're starting to get contractions? Take a hot (not too hot) shower and let the water hit your back. Not tummy. You can also try a heat pack or some light stretching

Back labor....
You can make a cheap hot pack. Take a tube sock, add rice, tie a knot, and I heat mine for about a minute 30. Never put directly on sensitive skin right out of the microwave.
