I've been having horrible heartburn since last night so bad I almost threw up and it's still not letting up 🤦🏽 ♀

Tums help alot mine was so bad I had to get heart burn meds from my doctor

@jadasweet0218 try milk or ice cream idk if it'll help but for me when is run put of tums it would work at least for a few hours

You can take zantac if you need. Peppermint also helps my reflux so did chocolate milk.... But I'm lactose intolerant 🤣🤷
