There are warming centers in most cities yet; my husband has to work 8-12 hours out in this bitter cold freeze. I worry about him daily, tell him to get plenty of hot beverages at his stops.
It's so hard to see my rock and Gracelynn's dad to go out in these elements daily.
Hopefully his day goes by quickly so he's back in our warm home with us!

My husband works in the cold as well and all I can do is worry all day knowing he's out there. I hate it. Why do they have to be such awesome hard working men? Lol

@xchas, I know. I told him this morning to get as much coffee and hotvchocolate as possible. Last night, I had soup ready for dinner and the heat up high for him.
His car doesn't work well (one of the things is the heat). I told him to take my SUV today since we're not going anywhere in this cold. Nope. Left me the SUV in case I do go out. Is he nuts 😂
I worry with this cold more than the snow. It's so brutal.
