Omg mastits week lol I had it 2 days ago, take ibuprofen, and apply heat pack and try to breastfeed in the boob As much as possible and pump

This will sound weird but massage your boob before pumping/feeding. Try and do it for at least 20-30 seconds unless you can do longer but rub/massage like on the sides and by your armpit
