@momboo I think he gets it from both of those things! I use aveno eczema lotion on his cheeks. He is teething on top of it being cold so I think that makes them even more red.
It's eczema. I have it and my three girls have it. My dermatologist said that's what it is. Gold bond eczema lotion works wonders you can buy it at Wal-Mart
@momboo I just started it tonight after his bath but I will let you know. I used it last year during the winter when he had eczema on his legs and they became smooth

@katymassey for me different,when she's was newbie I used Aveeno for her eczema and it's doesn't help
But now she's bigger so maybe it's will give different results, but keep me updated pl
