How do some moms put your one year olds to sleep? I have twin girls and they sleep while I’m breastfeeding them *yes both of them at the same time* so it’s real uncomfortable but for me that’s the only way to put them to sleep but it has caused some problems between me and my husband because my twins sleep in our bed and there’s no space left so we don’t even sleep together no more so I’m trying to find a new way to put my one year olds to sleep and also stop breastfeeding for good this time. Any advice I’ll hear anything at this point lol no but seriously help
@heavensent3, good luck. I’m sure it can be done faster but I wasn’t in a hurry. I’m sure there are other ways to do it too, that’s just what has worked for me:)
@elenalee, wow a month lol that’s a long time I need a miracle for these babies lol but thanks so much for your advice I will try once more and hopefully this time it works thanks again!
@heavensent3, it’s not easy! I did it over time and in stages. I hate when they cry too. My babies wouldn’t take a bottle either until I weaned them and they realized that was the next best thing. lol. I weaned them over the course of a month taking away one feeding at a time and ending with the favorite bedtime feeding. I didn’t want it to be too traumatic for them bc nursing is such a security to them so I wasn’t in a hurry but after a month of me taking away feedings and offering the bottle both of them had switched and were bottle babies.
@elenalee, it sounds easy but I have tried giving them a bottle but they just won’t take it I’ll try again and let it go longer because their cries would be really loud I would just give in and breastfeed them so they could stop crying
I weaned my babies and then got them to take a bottle and once they were used to going to sleep with the bottle I would lie them in their beds and then eventually transitioned them into going to sleep in their beds with their bottle on their own. That’s what worked for us but I never had to do two babies at once! Good luck!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Swaddling still works ... wrapping them up tight in their blankets, when they can move a lot they tend to do just that so when they’re kind of “restricted” they’re likely to just go to sleep, especially if they still take pacifiers, the swaddle gives them a sense of warmth and security as well
