I just wanted to see if any of u can help me solving something with my 20 months old boy....

See the thing is that he have a little white tongue and his breath smell funny and he is just a baby and I tried to brush his teeth a little and use a withe clothe but his gums are so sensitive that it hurts him and he also bites when somebody is trying to clean his tongue and teeth so of any of u know another home remedy or so to solve this issue please feel free to help me on this ... I don't want him to get an infection on his mouth...
