Very, very normal. It’s actually a good thing. It means your hormones are working like they should.


Try eating a couple saltines before getting out of bed.

@cocochanel27, I have learned already this second time around that no pregnancy is the same. Lol. The first time I wasn’t sick at all until 10+ weeks. This time, I was sick starting around 6 weeks.

I also have friends who say they never experienced morning sickness during pregnancy!

@cocochanel27, definitely. I have to eat really small meals every two hours or else I will be stuck with nausea and vomiting the rest of the day. Chicken broth, ginger ale, and popsicles really help.
