@sweetpea6, ohhhh yeah I recommend it but there is also ALOT of people against it I call them Haterz 😂 they have told me so many times “Waist training is a temporary fix” 🤔 but I haven’t worn my waist trainer for a month because I was losing too much weight and look I still look the same lol

@gnetzavala, I use the Angel Curves Latex Xtreme Waist trainer 😃👏🏻 if your allergic to latex they have one that’s cotton and it has 3 loops when I first started wearing it my son was 2 months old and I could only wear it to the 1st loop then the next week I went down the 2nd loop then 4 days later the 3rd loop 🤭☺️🤗 I only did squats I didn’t work out and a lot of people say you have to work out while wearing it but that’s so not true! I sat on my ass while losing weight it was amazing! I even got 3 of my friends to buy the same one! You have to be consistent of course ☺️ I wore mine up to 14 hours a day everyday
