Shop frugal. Use flipp and price match whenever possible. Go on equal billing for utilities etc.. That way your not forking huge amounts every 2-3 months. Have a baby shower and ask for Monterey gifts so you can purchase items as baby grows. Budget budget budget. Shop at liquidation ans surplus stores as you get a bang for buck. Purchase toiletries in bulk at Canadian Tire (toilet paper and paper towel)
