Omg this is sooo true. Try saline nasal flushes! They have been my saving grace for congestion. Hope you feel better soon.

You can take Mucinex, just not MucinexDM. I like making hot “tea” with water, honey and cinnamon. I also drink lots of orange juice.

@c00kiemomster, stinks I just haven’t wanted to go to the store cuz it’s so cold and I don’t feel well. Maybe hubs can bring me home some mucinex though. I’ve never had it before but I’m willing to try
