#3rd Trimester.....Tums are not helping for this ridiculous heartburn😳😩... What else is safe that helps?

- Zantac and tums did nothing for me.. but maalox has been my lifesaver!

@emami, easy cheap and I ran out of tums last week and it worked 👍🏻 tastes gross but heck I did t have to go to Walgreens at 10pm 😂👍🏻
