Water based lube was my best friend. Oil or anything else based could possibly cause an infection or your PH balance to get fucked up and you'll end up with a uti or yeast infection

Just make sure you're healed as the spot that I tore is still super sensitive at times and I still have to use lube every now and then because I didn't wait until I was healed fully

Yes I wasn’t even thinking about sex after I had my son. I felt so gross I bled for awhile and it was nasty and I was so tired and sore from my c section. Mostly too tired to have sex lol
My only advice.... USE LUBE. Women don't think about how our estrogen levels are depleted after giving birth. So we tend to be dry. And our vaginal walls are delicate after labor so lube eases the friction and saves you some possible pain.
@keonataylor well I personally tore with this baby and I had never done that before and I had always had sex like 2 weeks after I had my babies with NO issue but I had uncomplicated vaginal births with speedy recoveries. This last baby was different and I had to get stitches. I wish I had waited because it HURTS where I tore now some times when I have sex and some times randomly for no reason. I hate it. But that's just me. I think if you didn't tear and you're feeling good then go for it girl.

Nope 7 days exact no bleeding and felt back to normal ..not everybody will b like that but i was perfectly fine
