I have a question I'm 36 weeks but I have this pain in my back that is so unreal it feels like labor…

I have a question I'm 36 weeks but I have this pain in my back that is so unreal it feels like labor pains like it starts from the lower of my back and moved all the way up to my neck it hurts so bad I can't take it this is been going on for a few days though has anyone else experienced this?
