@charmed040309 see that's what I'm worried about. They really have nothing on us. Our whole house is child proof. And none of our kids ever been abused or had any scratches or bruises. So I'm hoping they leave us alone soon.

If they didnt take your children then they'll probably check on you a few times for the month then drop it.

Oye. Good luck with that. They always seem to spend way too much time watching people who aren't abusing their child, and then go "Okay, have a good day" to the people who really do need to be supervised. Hopefully they leave you alone soon, though.

What do they mean by supervising, anyway? Like, you have to have someone living with you for whatever time period?

@nomli yeah my mom has to be around us at all times. I'm not even living in my own home anymore I have to live with her until they let us know when we can be unsupervised

I have my sisters 3 kids. Shes working with CPS. Ive had her kids since September 6 and they are looking at reunification this summer. If that gives you a time frame.

I don’t understand why you need to be supervised when it was the doctors fault and they even agreed to that

My ex husband called cps on me in June 2016 and they said they leave the case open for 30 days and if they don't find anything they close it but they still call occasionally just to check up.

@lizzieandvannahmommy I've had cps 3 times in my life over stupid crap and the first time they were in our lives for almost a year. The other 2 times they didn't find anything so they left.

@charmed040309 they won't find anything at our house. We literally just moved in there last week and we spent most of last week in the hospital with our daughter. And like I said the injury was an accident so hopefully they'll leave us alone and I can move back home.

She admitted to it. Do you have a court date? There's a thing called ratification you basically say guilty or CPS pulls evidence to have a case.
