My little boy us 7w and exclusively breastfed, I am loving it and I am so please with how well it is going and how well he is growing! I am just not confident feeding in public and in front of family which means i am putting off doing a lot and it does get me down. I have decided to start expressing as well as breastfeeding to build up a mini supply in the freezer so that I can go out and do things and not worry about where I am going to feed him. So I was just wondering what other people's experiences were, any tips and what is the best routine to express whilst bf'ing still? Thanks 😊
