I was the same when I was preggo with my daughter ! 
I was sick back to back my first 5 months 😩 I would get sick, recover and repeat, I would cry !! 
I would be soo sick, my body would ache 😢

Yup I think is normal but idk about feeling like I have a cold maybe you are getting a cold
