I went into labor at exactly 38 weeks, and once they admitted me they realized I had preeclampsia. Gave me a magnesium drip to prevent seizures, and I labored for over 18 hrs. No induction or c-section, although I do remember them breaking my water at a certain point because it hasn't happened yet.
