I used aveno baby eczema nighttime balm at night and the regular aveno baby eczema lotion during the day.

If he has it real bad and after a few days of lotion multiple times a day I will use hydrocortisone cream. It usually only takes one dose to help.

She has it on both of her legs and back and elbows and tummy and cheeks Dry patches sometime look like a rash and feel like sand paper. So thank you @starienite, and @badadvicemom, I’ll give them a try when I go to the store. @starienite, do you need a prescription for hydrocortisone cream? Or get it at a drug store ? She’s been having this problem for awhile just thought it would go away because she had a cold then hand foot and mouth but she’s been over that for awhile now and plus it’s winter so really dry here so I don’t know what to really do.. but thank you ladies I appreciate the help and advice

My doctor sent you n a prescription for me. He did say that it will act up more when in the winter when it is cold outside. I would try the aveno a few times a day and the aveno cream at night and make an appointment with the doctor. If it is real bad you might need the hydrocortisone cream to get it under control than use the aveno daily.
