Do you have coconut oil? My daughters face was like that and I put some coconut oil on it and it helped so so much.

@kaela3, the only way it went away is when I stopped taking him outside and try not to over bundle him because that can also be heat rash. My sons face was super dry I put a little bit of baby lotion and literally took off the big jacket I had on him and overnight it went away so it could be both

Doing much. I kept his jacket on him but could be why his cheeks are so red from being out there last night
