Is loose bowls movement one of the teething symptoms ?

@winterbaby95, @chesscalouise2, @noshinxoxo, he had had loose bowls five time today. I am getting worried. Literally passed whole day changing his nappies.he screams loads also dashes his head against the cot walls. My poor baby 😔
