My husband and I have always wanted two kids, 2-3 years apart. We were planning on starting ttc after new year, but we just moved to a new home. I have a good job, we own our car, my husband is close to finishing his apprenticeship, and our son is well cared for. However with the stress of moving I have started to worry about if we can "afford" a second child. I know they would be taken care of with all essentials and lots of love, but I can't help the worrying. Is there ever really a "good" time to have a baby? I feel like I will always worry about if we can make it work no matter our situation. I guess I'm just looking for advice, similar experiences or encouragement..

If you wait for the " right time" you might wait for ever because there will always be something

Where r u ladies born an raised?

Where r u ladies born an raised? Im a deep southern girl all tha way frm tha bottom of tha boot. Born an raised in tha big city New Orleans, where we get snow about every 20 yrs, which melts within a few hrs?. Its always hot an humid here. We dont have real winters like up north. My husband is frm tha country so i tend to tell our kids that they have a lil city an a lil country in em. Growing up in New Orleans u learn 2 things for sure an thats how to party an cook. That explains y i chose tha career path i took as a chef. People luv to come here for our food an our parties. This city knows how to have a good time.

I am worried sick. My landlord refuses to fix the mold issue we have in the basement and with the new newborn I am worried that she will become ill from it. My husband and i have lived here for the last 5 years with no issues but I am still worried about her. We don't have the $$$ to move and I am wondering if we should just try to take care of it ourselves. Does anyone else have mold in their home/rental/apartment? This sucks.
