Question ... what foods am I able to give a 7 month old? My in laws are giving me shit because they say he’s suppose to be eating soap and real food when all he eats is rice cereal and Gerber foods

I say depending on his teeth and everything my daughter ate baby food mostly sometimes egg closer to a year cheese closer to a year but everything was soft food if it was real food like beans and rice mostly besides her baby foods. Around 10 months I gave her more solids cause she had about 8-10 teeth

Purée and that's it. Some people do it differently but personally I do purée at that age
