@twice_blessed Did you ever see the video of the father who dealt with his daughter who was throwing a tantrum in Walmart. He took her outside and sat her on top of the car let her scream it out and when she finally calmed down, he said, you done? If you do this again, we'll come straight outside and sit on the car again. Lol it was hilarious and although people were around, he just told them politely, we are just taking a break until she calms down.

@noturprops lol no but unfortunately he tries to run away. He's hurt himself trying to run several times. Its bad enough I had to buy deadbolts for my doors. Thankfully the guy behind me in line was nice enough to block him from running while I finished checking out.

@noturprops lol definitely. Its bad when dhr and a judge deem your child unstable enough that they order you to put him in childcare cus they are afraid he'll hurt u and the baby then gets kicked out of daycare. He broke his Granny's foot in Nov smh

@twice_blessed oh wow! Is it just a lot of extra energy or testosterone? I had a friend that had a son that was behaving like that also and got kicked out of like every daycare in their city because no one could handle him. Has a doctor said anything about his behavior?

@noturprops he sees a phycologist and the only thing they did was put him on meds. I want to change phycologists and get him a brain scan soon

@twice_blessed Right. It's so easy for doctor's or any sort to just prescribe medication without a thorough analysis of the situation. I don't blame you one bit. If anything ever makes you uncomfortable also get a second or third opinion.

@noturprops thanks. Yea I feel like there is something more than just acting out going on. Its hard to explain but when he has a fit/ tantrum whatever he seems like he can't control himself once he gets to a certain point. Its a look in his eye. Idk I've never seen a child like him

@twice_blessed you don't sound crazy to me. It's not super related, but my ex, my daughter's father, I just found out through court, he is sczchiphrenic and has mood disorders. It explained a lot of his behavior to me, because he would get so frustrated and claw his face like a child or bang his fists as hard as he could on counters. Something just didn't seem right about his behavior and now I know why. With that being said, trusting your instincts Is a great idea and you're probably onto something.

@twice_blessed honey I honestly don't believe in hiting a child... but you have got to save that child from himself. Give him an asswhooping before it gets too out of hand

@sterline08 We do but its only helped a little. I used to only use my hand but he would laugh sometimes so when he's really bad we use a belt. I hate it so much

@twice_blessed I understand... it still breaks my heart to see that you're so helpless to help your precious little baby.

@sterline08 thanks. I'm hoping this new year will bring some answers. And maybe some improvement on his part just because this will be his first year not seeing his father and his family. I think they were part of what caused this behavior

@twice_blessed my brother would throw tantrums and throw himself to the ground. Dislocated his elbow once as my mom was holding his hand in the parking lot wen he threw himself down. She didn't realize it til like that night because he always screamed and cried and had tantrums so him doing that wasn't out of the norm. What tipped her off was he wasn't using him arm still that night. Lol runners are hard. :( I ran once and right in front of a car in the parking lot, we came out of the store with me on a harness and leash. 😂 mom wasn't playing that game again.
