Has anyone ever encountered having acne as a very early stage of pregnancy?

And I’ve even done it from time to time and it really does soothe and clear acne

Yeah first few weeks I got like 100s of tiny pimples all across my forehead it sucked cause hubby is a picker and wouldn’t leave me alone and it grossed me out
