No, not everyone. I only had implantation bleeding with my first pregnancy, I didn't have it with my other 3 pregnancies.

I didn’t. Never spotted or bled my whole pregnancy

@stephiilovesu, it freaked me out for sure it was more than spotting. I went to the Er and they told me I must be losing the baby. It stopped after 2 days
