Ending the year with a huge bruise 😭
I didn’t see it happen since I was vacuuming in the basement but husband was upstairs with her. She was in her pack n’ play, somehow scooted (she like flings her self into the mesh sides) but she I guess scooted too close to this table we have there and whacked her head on the edge.
I’m more pissed off at the husband for not watching her closer as he was standing 5 feet close by making his food.
I put a cold compress on it for awhile, she cried for literally 30 seconds after it happened and has been acting totally fine, happy. The bump isn’t inward, no vomiting. Anything else I should watch for? This is the first big bump we’ve had, I’m paranoid now but as of right now it definitely doesn’t seem ER worthy.

@niki664, Yeah I’ve been making sure she wasn’t trying to sleep when I was holding her but now she’s goofing around, she never naps anyways 🤣

And your not the only one. My husband don't watch our son either. And if he does he bitches about it and says things like, well mommy don't care about you. I swear, men are heartless! Or at least the men I get with are.
Just keep a close eye on her. If she starts vomiting, disoriented, or is hard to wake up then take her in. Good luck.
Make sure she don't go to sleep for a hour or so. And if she acts different than normal, take her to the ER. Prayers she'll be okay. 😇

I was watching Oprah and this woman was asked if her car went into a lake and she could only save her husband or her child, who would she choose. She said "I would save my husband because I can always make more kids with him!"
I really need a best friend! But, I feel like every time I get close to someone something always happens and we fall out.. happened with my best friend of 15 yrs... so now if I feel I’m getting close to someone I always push them away 🤦🏻♀️ I really need to work on that!! 😐

@snozzberries Your welcome and that's great! My Son hit his head because he was laying in bed. And I thought he was asleep and he fell on his head. He screamed and cried. But only for a minute or so. My husband was at work and I freaked out. I called my mom and then my husband. And wasn't mad at all like I thought. And our son was laughing and playing like nothing happened. 😊😂
