What is the best cure for a face skin rash on a baby? I've tried two different eczema creams, California baby cream and aveeno products. Everything seems to make it worse. The eczema cream and aveeno seemed to help at first then made it worse.

@zerrin Ty I've tried this as well. Honestly I wonder if its an allergy I've failed to notice. She's had these problems off and on since birth
Breastmilk...It seems to work better than anything else for me.
I use the Neosporin eczema essentials lotions. They're not for babies but I've always used Neosporin products on my babies and they work. Period. That's why I use them.
What does this look like?? I’ve always thought it was eczema but it’s just getting worse. Even with the prescription cream the doctor gave him!

Question mamas...my baby has eczema on his forehead and cheeks and I already brought him to the pediatrician and they said they don’t want to prescribe anything for it because it’s on his face and they don’t want to put any prescription cream on his face so they said to use a cream not lotion cause cream would moisturize more so I have been using Aveeno Baby moisturizing cream on him daily and it hasn’t helped! What else can I try? It’s itchy cause he’s rubbing it with his hand on his forehead...
