So I know this is tmi butttt ladies how long did it take your vagina to go back to "normal" after having your baby? I don't just mean get done healing from delivery and stitches I mean completely normal again. I know it will never be 100% like it used to be before a baby but I'm 8 weeks PP and I'm DYING to know when I'm gonna stop being so miserable and uncomfortable all the time. I'm tired of not being able to work out because of how uncomfortable my vagina gets and I hate feeling like it's gonna fall out of my body everytime I sneeze or cough. I still can't even use tampons I'm so miserable. I've asked my friends but no one seems to understand what I mean or give me a straightforward answer. Idk how anyone ever has more than one baby after this.

I'm 3 months post partum and I still feel like my vagina isn't normal lol I hate wearing tampons nowl I guess I'm just weird lol

It took me until my son was 6 months to even use a light tampon, work out normally, and have sex! It was horrible and I had no stitches or anything 🙈🙈 and he wasn’t that big of a baby but it felt so weird and I understand what you are saying lol

About 6m. But it wasn't until a year PP that I total felt myself again. Still get irritated wearing thongs n shit though.

It takes a good bit. I didn't use any tampons or have sex till my oldest was almost a yr. And it hurt so bad for a few weeks after that I think from the sweat cuz id be fine till got to hot n start burning. But when I had my 5 yr old few yrs later it seemed to be ok and after that. But yes when I cough or sneeze I feel like I'm gonna pee myself since I had my 3 yr old when I'm out I always have pantie liner on incase I tinkle while I sneeze or cough. 😢

Mine felt normal after 4 months with first child and only like 5 weeks with my second the only thing that isn't the same from before is I sometimes queef which isn't often
