I have started to have issues with pumping and am no longer producing enough milk for my little one so it has been suggested that I mix formula and breast milk. So I wanted to know so I prepare the formula as the instructions say and then add the milk or do I substitute the water with the breast milk?

@kye I had a hard time remembering to eat and drink after having my daughter. I understand the struggle. I found I could only chug lots of water if I used small cheap water bottles. Lol
@rachokai lol yeah it was horrible and that was the only thing I had at the time. It definitely helps mask the nasty taste.
@isabellesmomma212, No I have not tried flavored water but that is going to be what I try next.

I started off with one a day because it was nasty to be before I realized I could drink it after mixing it with orange juice. Didn't see results until upping it to two a day. And have you tried flavored water?
@isabellesmomma212, I actually just got this tea today. How long was it before you saw results? Lol I know I need to drink more water that is probably my biggest downfall. I am going to Pinterest right now to look up some oatmeal recipes.
I know a few ways to increase a milk supply. Drinking a shit ton of water is the first thing. Lol Oatmeal is a good food to help too. There are recipes on Pinterest to make milk boosting snacks with oatmeal. I used this tea called Mother Milk Tea and it really helped me.

Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
I've been supplementing some with formula because my baby boy just demands more than what I'm putting out and he seems happier with the formula..my breast milk doesn't seem to satisfy him enough and it seems like he's always hungry unless I give him formula..should I switch to formula only? I thought breast milk was supposed to be best but in his case I'm not so sure ugh idk what to do I just want him to be happy
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
@isabellesmomma212, I think I am going to try and buy a case of the small waters because they should be easy to drink and keep it moving.
