Does anyone know what I can eat so I can get more milk for my bb? I feel like there’s nothing in it and I’m getting worried that I might not breastfeed my baby. I’m 31 weeks by the way. Please help ☹️

You'll produce colostrum, it'll be a small amount that's just enough for baby till your milk comes in. My milk didn't come in till about a week. Their bellies are small so they don't need much, trust your body. ❤ Buy like the other user said, drink lots of water and make sure you're eating enough.
Your milk should drop about 3 days after you have baby.
It will come when baby comes. But after baby comes be sure to drink lots of water.

It won’t actually come in until baby is born and placenta is removed.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
