This may be a dumb question! But what are some reasons as to why you would miss a period besides pregnancy? My period is never late, it’s always been on time like down to the hour, except the past 2 months. Last month it was 4 days late, now going on 5 days late this month.
Also, don’t know if it has anything to do with it, but I’ve also been bleeding every time I have sex. Not a lot, but it has been every time the past 2 months.
@goodbyelullaby, does you doctor know why it’s like that?
My period would stay regular for a few months and then be crazy irregular. It's been a great 2 years without a period😂
@rebalouise, it could be. I'd have it checked if it repeatedly misses or causes pain of discomfort. It appeared my period all collected in the cyst. It was weird.
@shellbell0391, that could make sense! I’ve stopped working out & gained a lot of weight, so 🤦🏻♀️
@rebalouise, girl me too. I’m getting it together the 1st. But for real both my friend and I noticed that are periods get more irregular when we put on more weight
@morganmommy79, I’m the exact way!! Now that you say it, I have a cyst on my ovaries that they noticed last year but they didn’t do anything about it because it wasn’t effecting anything. Maybe it could be now?
I agree. Stress can cause period to be funny. Worrying about it doesn’t help. I know that’s hard but try not to worry.
My periods have always been regular. So regular i could chart which day I'd start for the next 12 months. Then I started randomly missing periods but not too often. It could be stress, hormones, cysts... I once missed a period and had a cyst on my cervix.
When I start gaining weight my period cycles are longer. Have you gained any weight?
@tiffanyf, I was swabbed at my 1 year appt, and they never said anything so I’m guessing it came back okay.
@tiffanyf, I was thinking maybe that too. Maybe with the holidays & new job change could cause a lot of stress. Idk it’s just so weird to me, I’m a big ball of stress & it’s never bothered me before 😂😂
If you been bleeding because of sex it could be a std , maybe get checked just to be safe

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
Religion Conspiracy/Theory
**This is not to bash peoples religion and beliefs but to talk about our own theories and ideas** I would like to discuss a certain topic that came to mind after talking to my SO. I know some of you ladies like a good conspiracy talk so i would like to have a good discussion and hear thoughts of others. So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment cont...

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
@rebalouise nope they never say anything. I guess it's just how some women's bodies are
