How would you guys feel if your husband said he was going to start sleeping in the guestroom 3 nights a week, so he wouldn't be woken up by your 1 month old while you get up to feed and change him through the night? 😞😴
I'm not sure but I'm so grateful my fiancé took turns when I got up with the baby or would wake up to help out and just keep me company those first weeks....nights were tough. Now baby sleeps through the night so it's a win for everybody 👐🏻🙌🏼
@beemommyof3 I expect him to take care of our 17 month old and 7 year old when he's home. He usually gets them dinner, baths, and to bed, and gets 7 yo ready for school in the mornings. He just kind of sucks at the tiny baby stuff.

@joanna.davis oh well your expectations are lower then mine. 😂 We made the baby so we take care of it. I have no shame. And mine found out how much you can get done while home when we traded places. We now have an understanding 😅
@beemommyof3 I use cosleeping bassinet next to me. I don't really expect him to do anything for the baby, but I'm kind of annoyed he thinks he deserves more sleep.
He goes to work, I stay home with the 3 kids. He says I should nap when the kids nap, instead of cleaning the house.

I hear ya. I breastfed too but my hub gets the baby, changes the baby and brings the baby to me. Then after i fed the baby he settles the baby if she isnt sleep
@beemommyof3 😂 I breastfeed, so there's not much he could do. But he only gets woken up about 50% of the times I do, and gets to fall right back to sleep, so idk what he's complaining about anyway.

I would say that those 3 nights a week would be his days to get up with the baby since he thinks it is just your job only
